Loop Fit Membership and Auto-Renewal Terms

1. Membership plans

Loop Fit offers monthly, yearly and lifetime memberships. The available products, prices, taxes, discounts and payment currency are those shown on the App Store purchase confirmation screen. Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewable subscription.

2. Membership benefits

Benefits may include cloud data storage, system workout templates, AI food features, widgets, Apple Watch workout controls, and eligible public recipe and workout program uploads. Basic food logging, food creation, free workouts and custom workout plans are not removed because you are not subscribed. The specific benefits are those described on the purchase page at the time of purchase.

3. Auto-renewal

Monthly and yearly plans are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, the subscription renews for the same duration, and Apple charges for renewal within the 24 hours before expiry. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting your Loop Fit account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

4. Changes, restoration and refunds

Upgrades, renewals and price changes within a subscription group follow Apple’s billing rules and confirmation screen. After changing devices or reinstalling, you can restore purchases using the same Apple ID. Apple handles refunds under its policies, subject to any overriding legal requirements. Redemption-code benefits are subject to the duration and conditions shown on the redemption page.

5. Benefits after expiry

After membership expires, new use of paid features is restricted. However, long-term workout programs started during an active membership may be completed. If Apple Watch control access was obtained at the start of a workout, it remains available until that workout ends and is not suddenly disabled mid-workout. Physique photos uploaded while membership was active can still be viewed, restored and deleted, but no new photo cloud backups are added during the expired period.

6. Changes to prices and benefits

We may change future subscription prices or membership benefits in accordance with law. Changes to auto-renewal prices will be notified under Apple’s rules, with confirmation obtained where required. Existing lifetime members will not be charged again because of later price increases. Promotions may have time, eligibility and quantity limits.

7. Verification of entitlement

Membership entitlement is based on valid transactions returned by Apple and verified by Loop Fit servers, or redemption benefits recognized by the operator. Transactions in Sandbox and TestFlight environments are for functional testing only and do not represent real payments in the production environment.
