Loop Fit Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By registering, signing in or continuing to use Loop Fit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Loop Fit is intended only for users aged 14 or older. Users under 18 should obtain their guardian’s consent.

2. Services

Loop Fit provides food, water, body and workout records; food and workout program search; planning; Apple Health and Apple Watch integration; widgets; AI-assisted estimates; and membership services. Some features may require system permissions, internet access, compatible devices or an active membership.

3. Account responsibilities

You should provide lawful, accurate information, protect your login credentials and take responsibility for actions under your account. You must not transfer or rent out your account, use automated tools to attack the service or scrape data in bulk, bypass membership restrictions, or interfere with other users. Contact the operator promptly if you notice unusual account activity.

4. Health and nutrition disclaimer

Loop Fit provides records, estimates and general fitness and nutrition information, not medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or emergency services. TDEE, calorie and nutrition estimates, AI recognition, recovery status and training-intensity suggestions may contain errors. Users who are ill, pregnant, underage, have an eating disorder or have special health circumstances should use the app under the guidance of a doctor or qualified professional. Stop exercising and seek help immediately if you feel unwell.

5. User-created and public content

You must ensure that uploaded names, images, barcodes, food data, recipes and workout programs are accurate and lawful, and do not infringe anyone’s privacy, image rights, trademarks, copyright or other rights. To provide search, display, review and sync services, you grant Loop Fit a nonexclusive license to store, copy, process and display public content within the scope of the service. After you delete public content, we will stop new public display of it, but independent copies previously saved by other users may remain.

6. AI features

AI output is a probabilistic estimate and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check food names, quantities and nutrition data before saving. Do not use AI output as the basis for medical decisions or allergen identification. You must not upload illegal content or other people’s personal information that you are not authorized to process.

7. Intellectual property

Rights in the Loop Fit software, interface, brand, icons, code, system workout programs and materials other than user content belong to the operator or the relevant rights holders. Without permission, you must not copy, decompile, sell or mirror them, or create confusingly similar products.

8. Service changes and interruptions

We may adjust features for maintenance, upgrades, security, legal or policy requirements, or changes to third-party services. We will give advance notice of material adverse changes where possible. We will take reasonable steps to address temporary interruptions caused by force majeure, network issues, platform issues or third-party failures, subject to applicable law.

9. Breach and termination

If you violate the law or these Terms, or harm others’ rights or interests, we may take necessary measures such as warnings, restrictions on public content, suspension of features or termination of your account. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Termination does not affect liabilities that arose before termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Disputes should first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, a claim may be brought before a people’s court with jurisdiction in accordance with law. This clause does not limit consumers’ statutory rights.

11. Membership and contact

Monthly and yearly plans are offered through auto-renewable App Store subscriptions. Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase. Deleting your Loop Fit account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; you must cancel it in Apple’s subscription management page. See the Membership and Auto-Renewal Terms for details.
